I was a member of the Enterprise Architecture team, tasked first with analysis of the complex as-built IT system architecture, as well as design of a next-generation unified architecture across the T-Mobile USA enterprise. I was responsible for user experience architecture.
Chase-Bobko, Inc.
Director, Creative Services | 2000 - 2001
I folded the creative services capabilities of Digital Ink Corporation into Chase-Bobko, creating a new CS department in this software development contract firm that specialized in revolutionary content management approaches. I managed a CS staff with zero turnover during a period of particularly high retention challenges sector-wide, and introduced usability practices into the design cycle.

Matsumoto Design, later Digital Ink Corporation, was a graphic design firm focused on communication solutions. Early adapter of digital design and publishing technologies, we created the visual design of Microsoft's first public internet portal and e-commerce sites. During this time I was also a regular contributor to Publish! Magazine, providing feature articles and product reviews around digital typography.
- Allen is an exceptionally knowledgeable and articulate person. He was a pleasure to work with both on customer-facing projects as well as internally with our sleeves rolled up analyzing data.
